Our Services. Charles Mims Jr Notary Services delivers Signature Verification, Affidavit Notarization, Document Authentication, Power Of Attorney Notarization, Real Estate Notary. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. Charles Mims Jr Notary Services (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. Charles Mims Jr Notary Services may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Charles Mims Jr Notary Services does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation. In no event will Charles Mims Jr Notary Services's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Charles Mims Jr Notary Services from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by PA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in PA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
